Background
Nowadays, stress comes from everywhere. Due to COVID-19, people’s stress has reached a peak. So stress management needs to penetrate our daily life to keep our mental health. People have various ways to vent stress, but efficiency also varies because of inaccurate stress evaluation. Music therapy is widely used in stress treatment and proved to be useful and easy to access for most people to some degree.
